Using Notes In BizGPT Chat

What Are Notes?
Notes help you manage data across multiple models and conversations to increase your efficiency in BizGPT

Notes always remain available as you change models in BizGPT. Click here to learn more information about models.
Note data automatically copies & pastes from your chats into the notes file.

Notes are located on the chat page at the top right. Selecting the icon below will Pop Out your notes.

Creating Manual Notes

• Select the notes tab at the top right of chat window.
• Select add new note
• Add a title if you wish (titles do not paste into chat)
• Add the description text
• Click save (or cancel if you change your mind and don't need it)
  
  

Creating a Note From A Chat Response

• Select the clipboard icon to paste notes tab at the top right of chat window.
• The text will auto copy to your notes file
• Select the copy icon to copy to your regular clipboard and pasting outside of BizGPT
  
  
  

Editing & Deleting Notes

• Click the edit icon to open a note.
• Edit the note and choose to DELETE, CANCEL the edit, POST the note to your chat or just SAVE it.
