Maximising Multiple Models in BizGPT

Each model sources data from different sources so you have the opportunity to mix and match results from all BizGPT models to build highly accurate chat results.  Your MyCAT Catalogue references data that you upload that is specific to your organisation, and when added to results from the BizCAT Educational database and ChatGPT's OPEN AI data you can maximise the quality of your output.

Top Tip - The Notes  Tool

Using the BizGPT notes tool (available in the pop out in the top right of your chat window) allows you to copy/paste chat results while you are interacting with each model in a conversation. The notes tool remains open when you change models so you can keep adding and editing to assist in building your final document.

A Multiple Model Example In Practice

Let's say you have been tasked with writing a new policy on Sexual Harassment for your organisation. You don't have much experience in this area so you're starting from scratch.

Step 1 - Ask ChatGPT by selecting the ChatGPT model
Prompt: I am new to the Human Resources role in my company. Provide a numbered list of all the key elements required for a sexual harassment policy in the workplace in Australia.
Action: Copy the complete ChatGPT answer to the notes board in BizGPT.

Step 2 - Ask BizCAT by selecting the BizCAT model for each element

Prompt: Expand on each of the following points in detail for inclusion in the company Sexual Harassment policy. SHIFT+ENTER (Paste the Step 1 response)

Action: Copy the complete BizCAT answer for this element of your proposal to the notes board in BizGPT.

Step 3 - Ask MyCAT To Add Context To The Conversation

Prompt: Add a personalised 1 paragraph introduction at the start of the following information targeted to a new employee of our organisation including our organisation name. At the end write a conclusion welcoming the new employee to our organisation highlighting the need to adhere to the policy. SHIFT+ENTER (Paste the Step 2 response)
Action: Copy the completed response to a new document.

Top Tip - Break Large Tasks down into smaller chunks
When building a large document or proposal, completing this procedure for EACH key element one at a time will ensure each element is complete.  Then paste the elements together into your final document.

Multiple Model Summary

The data available in MyCAT and BizCAT is accurate as it was added by you and BizGPT.  The data available in external models such as ChatGPT may contain data from sources globally and cannot be verified, but it can and does produce excellent general structure when building your outputs to assist in building content fast.  Therefore using a mix of models can greatly assist in providing both global and private context.
