Agents

1) Added “Agents” feature – similar to existing “Bots” feature but allowing finer control over document access and behaviour. Agents can be created and tested inside the new “agents” page in the main menu.

2) Chat can now be toggled between “bots”, “images”, and “agents” modes, keeping conversations related to each mode separate from each other.

Chat Enhancements

4) Inside chat page, consolidated “Add url” and “Upload file” buttons to new “Plus” menu on LHS of the chat input.

Web Search

5) Added “web search” tool which allows any AI model to search the web for up to date information to use in its responses. When creating a new agent, toggle “Allow Web Search” in the sidebar. When chatting with an agent or bot, web search must still be enabled on a per-message basis using the new “Plus” menu on the LHS of the chat input.

Chat Improvements

6) Improved scrolling of chat messages while streaming. Previously the user would be unable to scroll up during streaming, causing jitter.

Echo Transcript

7) Added new “Transcribe live meeting” feature allowing the device microphone to be used to create transcripts from live meetings

-    Individual transcript page:

o    Added a button to playback original audio files for transcripts

o    Added ability to download original audio files for transcripts

o    Combined summary/meeting minutes generation with the chat feature to allow the user to request further modifications after the initial generation. Users may still copy the output using the clipboard icon under the response message.

o    Rearranged buttons in the sidebar for logical consistency.

Duplicate BizBOTs

1) BizBOTs can now be duplicated with the click of a button. This allows you to rename the bot and select a new set of folders whilst retaining all other fields previously set in the primary bot you're cloning from such as lead generation, colours, and email addresses for lead generation.  For more information please review this link.

Update to BizBOTs

1) BizBOTs now have additional functionality to allow for background and text colour changes, as well as the ability to track user details who engage with the bot and send automated emails to nominated addresses alerting of interactions with your bots. For more information please review this link.

Changes to 2FA, and Mobile Friendly Website

1) 2FA has been updated by enabling two factor authentication via email as opposed to an external application or authenticator.

User Role Changes, Organisational PrePrompts and Prompt Templates, Resetting a User's 2FA, and Changes to Credits

1) User roles have expanded in BizGPT with an additional role for 'catalogue managers'. Existing users with the administrator role will be moved to the catalogue manager role. To learn more please click here.

2) When creating a PrePrompt you now have the ability to select between private (restricted to the user login who created it) and organisation (available across all users). In this way a PrePrompt created by an administrator can be available and used by a user. To learn more please click here.

3) When creating a Prompt Template you now have the ability to select between private (restricted to the user login who created it) and organisation (available across all users). In this way a Prompt Template created by an administrator can be available and used by a user. To learn more please click here.

4) If a BizGPT user is unable to access their account, where 2FA has been setup (eg new device, lost access to previous authentication tools) an account manager or administrator can now reset this. To learn more please click here.

Record transcripts with Zoom, Teams or Meet

EchoTranscript now allows you to add a recording bot to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet to record a transcript of the meeting. You can then quickly and easily generate meeting minutes or a summary of the meeting as soon as it concludes. Click here to learn more.

Live Chat Support

Live chat support is now available from 9am to 4pm NSW time Monday to Friday. In the bottom right corner of your BizGPT portal you can select the chat icon to begin. This can also be accessed from the HELP menu item in the header.

New Copy to Clipboard Tool

You can now copy a response to your regular clipboard to paste outside BizGPT. When chatting, the first icon with the double clipboard will copy this to your external clipboard. Copying to BizGPT notes is now the second icon.
