Click on your name at the top right of screen, then select Profile

Additional Settings
- Enable or Disable Two Factor Authentication
For additional account security. This will send you a one time code when you login to BizGPT to access your account - Browser Sessions
If you are running multiple sessions of BizGPT at once you may experience glitches. Select "Logout Other Browser Sessions' to keep only 1 session active to reduce potential conflicts.
Resetting Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
If a user has changed their 2FA device or no longer has access to their 2FA application, administrators and account managers can reset a user's 2FA status.
To reset a user's 2FA navigate to settings in the header menu then select users in the left hand menu. Where a user has 2FA enabled it will be denoted in the 2FA column with a green icon and active text.
If you hover over the circle icon it will indicate you can reset 2FA
Clicking the icon will prompt you if you're sure you wish to do this.
Upon clicking reset 2FA you will be notified this has been reset.
The user's 2FA will show as disabled indicating it can be reactivated when appropriate.
