Buying BizCredits

What Are BizCredits? 

BizCredits are used whenever you ask a question or use other BizGPT tools in your portal. You need to be an Account Manager to buy credits.  

Do I Already Have BizCredits?
Yes, all accounts come with credits so you can immediately start using all the tools available in your subscription. The amount of credits for each subscription level can be found by clicking here.

What Are BizCredits Used For?
Your BizCredits are used right across the platform.  BizCredit provides a simple standardised unit for you to access all the tools available now, and in the future in BizGPT. The amount of credits used depends on the activity across different AI models and of course varies depending on the length of queries.  BizCredits are used for:

• Human support for Lite, Professional & Enterprise subsciptions
• Onboarding
• Managing your organisation & private catalogues
• Custom BOTS building
• Administrators, Users & Groups management
• AI Chat with Notes, PrePrompts and Prompt Templates
• ChatGPT 3.5 and ChatGPT 4o private chat
• BizBOTS, your custom 'smart' website chatbots
• Echo Transcript AI for meeting transcription and advanced AI querying

Do credits roll over each month
Your allocated credit balance tops up to the subscription level each month and any additional credits purchased roll over if they are not used each month.

Credit Pools

There are now 2 pools of credits (previously only 1 pool)

a) subscription credits

b) purchased credits

Subscriptions credits will be used first and once depleted purchased credits will be used. Subscription credits can go negative.

It is possible that a single request can use both subscription credits and purchased credits if subscription credits doesn't cover the cost of the prompt. In addition if the account doesn't have any subscription credits and have at least 1 purchased credit the account can still perform the operation however the subscription credits will go negative.

Upon monthly renewal, which will only trigger once the payment is made, the subscription credits balance will be topped up with the monthly credit allocation. If the subscription credits balance was negative then that amount will be deducted from their next month's balance.

How Do I Buy BizCredits?

• When logged into your account as an Account Manager, go to Settings > BizCredit > Buy Credits
• Follow the prompts to select the amount of credits you wish to purchase.
• Payment is available with Visa or Mastercard via our secure Stripe payment portal.
  
  

What Do Credits Cost?
Credits are purchased in bundles, available as follows:

• 2500 = $250
• 5000 = $450
• 10000 = $795
