Permissions - Account Managers

In addition to all the Administrator permissions below, Account Managers are permitted to;

• Create your BizGPT account
• Upgrade or downgrade your account
• Purchase additional credits

Permissions - Administrators

Administrators are permitted to;

• Create, edit and delete user accounts
• Assign users to MyCAT folders
• Create and manage user groups
• Allow or disallow use of external AI models such as ChatGPT by users
• Allow or disallow use of BizCAT model by users
• Create MyCAT Categories, Folders and Sub-Folders
• Create bots and assign to users
• Upload and train data in their MyCAT Catalogue
• Chat with allocated models and bots
• Use notes to manage conversations
• Access support

Permissions - Users

Users are permitted to;

• Chat with allocated models and bots
• Use notes to manage conversations
• Use Private Catalogue if permission is granted by their administrators
• Access the Knowledge Base
