About Users and Groups


Users are permitted to use Chat and Private Catalogue. Users are NOT permitted to upload and manage files in your catalogue. Click here to learn more.

Groups contain users. Groups are added to bots. Bots control which data can be searched.

For Example:
You set up a 'Marketing Group' containing staff from your marketing team. The marketing group is assigned to bots which select folders from your catalogue containing marketing data relevant to them.

About User Settings;
Complete all the details as required.

Important! - You MUST assign each user to at least 1 group to use your Catalogue


Permissions for users are as follows;

  • Administrator - Can manage all your files and folders, and chat
  • User - Can only chat. Can't manage files, folders, users, bots or groups.
  • Account Manager - Can update your account and manage BizCredits. Click here to learn more.

Set Up Your Groups


Name your group accordingly, including providing a relevant description and select the users you wish to be a part of the group by checking their names. Ensure to save your changes.
