Using Google Meet in Conjunction with EchoTranscript

Create a Google Meet using the regular process and click on the link to invite people to the meet. Copy the meeting link.

Load your BizGPT instance, navigate to EchoTranscript (tools menu --> EchoTranscript) and select the Transcribe Live Meetings button on the right hand side of the screen. Once this has been selected you will be prompted to enter the meeting invite link which was previously copied from Meet. Enter the link and click Transcribe now.

You will be advised that a live transcript has been created in EchoTranscript.

When the integration is ready, you will be advised that EchoTranscript is in the waiting room.

In your Google Meet you will have a notification that EchoTranscript is asking to join. Admit EchoTranscript to the meeting.

At the conclusion of the meeting, you will have a transcript ready to action in BizGPT, where you can generate summaries, extract the full transcript, or chat with your bots further using the meeting recording.
