Extract Audio To Text

EchoTranscript allows you to extract audio from a variety of audio files to text, which you can then prompt your bots on for results. EchoTranscript also allows for direct recording of meetings and transcribing the outcome directly to your BizGPT account. Step 1 - Open EchoTranscript

To utilise this functionality, login to BizGPT and select EchoTranscript from the tools item in the menu header.

Step 2 - Import Files

From the main EchoTranscript dashboard, selecting the orange import files button on the top right will allow you to upload your files that you wish to convert audio to text.

As the file is uploading you'll have a progress bar so you can see the status of the action.

Step 3 - The Dashboard

Once the file has rendered, you'll see the new file and a list of historic files you have previously uploaded and the option to import new files.

Step 4 - Options

If you click on the name of a previously uploaded file it will take you into the previously extracted transcript and list a number of options you have available. 

Step 5 - File Actions

Selecting edit will allow you to change the file name, apply or remove speaker detection and timestamps. You can also edit the name of the speaker if you wish.

Transcript Summaries

Selecting create short summary or create long summary will have the bot generate the selected length summary of the file.

Meeting Minutes

You can create meeting minutes which can be auto generated by the bot based on the content of the meeting as well by selecting the appropriate option.

Download Transcript

Selecting download transcript will create a text based output of the audio content of the uploaded file.

Step 6 - Save Your Files

Save to catalogue allows you to select if you wish to save the file in your private folders, or publicly for the organisation to access.

Step 7 - Chat

The final option of chat allows you to have the bot use the content of the file to ask prompts of.
