Does BizGPT help me meet my AI Policies?
Yes, using BizGPT ensures;

• Your files are stored on secure Australian Azure (Microsoft) servers
• Your files are not uploaded to ChatGPT or other AI engines
• Your team can use ChatGPT inside your BizGPT account so you have oversight of their AI activities
• You select which team members have access to search particular files and folders

Do I need a separate ChatGPT account to use BizGPT?

No, it is included in your BizGPT account.

Is ChatGPT the only external AI available?

At this time yes and we will continue to build additional external AI tools into BizGPT in the future.

Do you help us use BizGPT?

Lite, Professional and Enterprise subscriptions include support. We are a full service AI agency that works with your team to identify AI opportunities, and we assist in improving your AI performance and outcomes.

Can others see the data I upload?

No. Unlike other bots your uploaded files are secure and private and only available for your team to use in BizGPT.  Unlike other AI companies, BizGPT trains your files on our local servers so the complete files never leave BizGPT.

Can anyone in my business upload our files?

Only registered Administrators of BizGPT can upload and manage data.

Yes.  You can set up a catalogue for each user for tasks and projects relevant only to them.

Can anyone outside our organisation see the data I upload?

No. Unlike other bots your data is uploaded AND trained on our secure servers. No context data is ever used to train exterior models.
