Access To Onboarding
Professional and Enterprise subscribers (click here for more information on levels of subscription) have access to our onboarding program. The program includes;
- Pre-commencement alignment consultation & needs analysis
We will assess your organisation's current information outputs and the system used on a day to day basis. Pre-alignment needs analysis will include:
- Organisation structure, mission, company details and team list for inclusion in MyCAT
- Identify the 'BizGPT Champion' who will be responsible for driving and coordinating BizGPT.
- Best use cases review. - MyCAT data review and planning
We will review your proposed catalogue structure. Categories and folders and associated data can be allocated by your administrator to each user so the structure of data is important. - Induction Sessions
We will schedule sessions with administrators to address specific needs and challenges in their respective areas of your organisation. For each user the focus will be on the key outputs/results they require on a regular basis.
Day to Day Assistance During Onboarding
We use a ticketing system to help you work through any questions and tips. Please check your email for our registration email to the ticketing system. When you use the portal you can see all your tickets, history, previous questions & answers
