PrePrompts are saved prompts which you use on a regular basis to assist in building more accurate results from chat.
PrePrompt manager allows you to create, edit, manage and use PrePrompts.
Creating regularly used PrePrompts is effective for;
- Saving time re-typing prompts
- Using the same prompts for repetitive
- Using prompts which give you good search results
- Continuity in the way you query your bots
- Training your team is using effective prompts

How To Access PrePrompt Manager
Adding New Preprompts
Select + add a new PrePrompt from the bottom right of the PrePrompt pop out

Creating Organisational PrePrompts
When creating a PrePrompt you can select if it is private (available only in the user account in which the PrePrompt was created) or organisation (a PrePrompt available to all users).
In this way, you can create PrePrompts that other staff within your organisation can utilise to assist with daily functions such as emails or report generation. Please note, only those users with the administrator role can create organisation prompts.
