Catalogue Components
Your catalogue includes folders and the files you upload to be searched by BizGPT AI files can be added to folders at all folder levels.
Who Can Upload And Manage Files And Folders?
Only administrators and account managers have the permission to manage, add and delete folders and files. See your administrator to request permission.
What If I'm Not An Administrator But Want To Add Files?
If your administrator has granted permission you can use private catalogue to manage your own files. Files in your private catalogue do not mix with files in your organisations' catalogue. Click here to learn more.
Using Your Catalogue - Required Administrator Access
Select Catalogue from the main menu.
You can see all your sub-folders on the left hand panel and the contents in the centre panel.
Your Catalogue
The breadcrumbs in the top-centre shows you the folder levels and your current location.
Editing Folders
Select EDIT (Top Right of screen)
You can then select to rename the folder and/or change the location of the folder.
A parent folder is the folder above the folder you are in.
When you select a parent folder the folder you are working in will appear under the parent.
