About Prompt Templates
Prompt templates allows you to build your prompts and "fill in the blanks" to save time. Using templates provides continuity in the prompts you use which in turn results in more consistent results.
Creating regularly used Prompt Templates is effective for;
- Saving time re-typing prompts
- Using prompts which give you good search results
- Continuity in the way you query your Bots

How To Access Prompt Templates
Adding New Prompt Templates
Select + Add New Prompt Template at the bottom right.
Adding Variables To Your Template
Variable are the words you need to enter each tim you use a Prompt Template.
Adding a Prompt Template To Your Chat - Step 1
When you have saved your prompt template you simply select the chat icon in the template to paste it into your chat.
Adding a Prompt Template To Your Chat - Step 2
Once pasted into your chat, simply fill in the variables and select 'Submit'
